Facebook’s new (kind of) resource for non-profits
Facebook recently “launched” a Facebook Page with resource specifically for nonprofits.
In truth, Nonprofits on Facebook is a Facebook Page that was created in 2009 that slowly became a knowledge base for nonprofits. In this sense, it’s not new, but Facebook has added some pretty useful information:
- Educational 101 material
- Manual on creating a Facebook Page
- Case studies and Success stories
- Products and tools for nonprofits
If Facebook really wants to appeal to nonprofits, they should give way Facebook Ads under a grant program.
